Carols by Candlelight

 Thank you to all the children in UKS2 who took part in last night’s Carol service at All Saints Church; it was truly a magical atmosphere bursting with Christmas joy. 

Thank you to All Saints Church for hosting us and making the atmosphere more distinct. 

For those of you who were not able to make it, I have attached the programme.

Planning our Fieldwork

One of the children brought in some memorabelia from Cowes including a plaque that was on the Blyskawica and an old photo from 1942.  This week, the children have planned the question they would like to answer about their local area as they will be heading into Cowes on Tuesday to collect their data.  Alongside this, the children were introduced to a risk assessment and taps a class they made a risk assessment for Tuesday. Such great ideas and discussions about risks and how we can keep ourselves safe when we go outside of school.
